Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from NSWEMU Elegant Apparel. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Return Eligibility

You can return items within 24 hours of receiving your order if:

    • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
    • All tags and packaging are intact

We do not accept returns on:

    • Sale or clearance items
    • Lingerie, swimwear, or other hygienic items (unless defective)

2. How to Request a Return

Email us at nswemuelegantapparel@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable). We’ll provide return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. Exchanges

We can offer exchanges for size or color if the requested item is in stock. If not, we’ll process a refund.

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at our cost.
